Meet Our Dental Staff

See the professionals who make up the friendly and dedicated team at West Penn Dental Center!

Our staff team consists of dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, front office / insurance coordinators and lab technicians that all work together as a team to provide you with the best care possible. Give us a call today to schedule an appointment.

Walk in denture repairs times are Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 9:00 - 11:00 AM.

The general dentistry office is open:
Monday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday -10:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Thursday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*Friday - 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
(Note: the office is closed every other Friday)
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed

***The office is closed on all federal holidays and takes an extended break between Christmas and New Year every year.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Robert McKinstry, DMD
Dr. Gregory Steines

Dr. Steines is a native of Chippewa, PA. He graduated from Westminster College in 2005 with degrees in Biology and Neuroscience. After completing his doctorate at Temple University in 2009, Dr. Steines moved back to the Pittsburgh area to practice and has been at West Penn Dental Center ever since. He currently treats patients at West Penn Dental Center and is the dentist at several assisted living facilities around the greater Pittsburgh area. He also provides screening exams for a number of school districts and Head Start programs.  Doctor Steines has been with West Penn Dental Center for since 2009 and is the current owner of the practice. 
Dr. Mark Saber
Dr. Mark Saber

Dr. Saber graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1986, he has maintained a private practice as well as practicing at West Penn Dental Center.  Dr. Saber has been partnered with West Penn Dental Center for over 15 years.
Cindy Saber, RDH
Cindy Saber, RDH

Cindy Saber graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1986. Cindy has worked in both pedodontic as well as periodontic practices.  Cindy has been with the office for over 15 years.
Ofelia Sounick
Ofelia Sounick

Ofelia attended Dental School in Pueblo, Mexico, and worked as a dentist for 2 years. After moving to Pennsylvania and raising her children, she began working as a dental assistant and has been at West Penn Dental Center for over 15 years.
George Walkowiak
George Walkowiak

George has been a dental lab technician for 40 years working with full and partial dentures and denture and partial repairs. He is also experienced with fabrication of crowns and bridgework. George has been with West Penn Dental Center for 35 years.
Ed Cambest
Ed Cambest

Ed has been a dental lab technician for 40 years working with full and partial dentures, and denture and partial repairs. He is also experienced with fabrication of crowns and bridgework. Ed has been with West Penn Dental Center for 30 years.
