ANNOUNCEMENTS:
We ask that ALL patients please confirm their appointments when they receive a text or call. Please provide 48 business hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Please remember to bring your photo ID and insurance card to every visit.
If you do not confirm your appointment during one of the many call, email and text reminders that we provide, we may have to offer your time slot to a patient in need.
If you opt out of text and email confirmations, you must return office phone calls to confirm appointments.
